Symptom
Mammary gland is usually no obvious discomfort symptoms, patients are mostly in the breast to touch the mass as the main manifestation, a small number of mammary gland if secondary infection, can appear acute inflammation.
Typical symptom
The mammary gland may appear as a painful or painless mass. The mammary gland may be single or multiple. It is round or oval in shape and size. The palpation surface is smooth and the boundary is clear. When the swelling is acute, it can lead to sudden and intense localized pain. A few may be accompanied by nipple discharge.
Concomitant symptom
In case of secondary infection, local inflammation such as redness, swelling, heat and pain can be seen, and may also be accompanied by ipsilateral axillary lymph node enlargement.
